Erin is a mindfulness coach and Founder of Mindful Moments Singapore. She is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher - or MBSR for short - as acknowledged by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute of the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness.
Erin also holds a Master of Science in Studies in Mindfulness with the University of Aberdeen, UK.
She now devotes her time to conducting mindfulness training for corporate clients and organizations.
